[Method] 47 patients with CT or MRI confirmed the lesion remaining after BMG randomly divided into conventional radiotherapy group (radiotherapy alone group) and X ray three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy group (three-dimensional conformal group). Radiotherapy alone group 24 patients, simulator targeted 2Gy / times, 1 times / day, Ono increases the total dose of shrinking wild 50Gy ~ 54Gy, 6 weeks, the end of irradiation; three-dimensional conformal group of 23 cases, the first co-planar or non-coplanar irradiation Hatano conventional split-dose, 5 times / week, 1.8Gy / times ~ 2Gy / times, with a total dose of 40Gy ~ 45Gy retrusion wild coplanar or non-irradiated and non-coplanar Hatano coplanar arc rotation irradiation, PTV marginal dose 15Gy ~ 20Gy (85% ~ 90% isodose curve), with a median average dose 17.75Gy, 4 ~ 5 times divided.
