Methods The data of 731 cases of forensic psychiatric expertise were reviewed and analyzed. Results It indicated that the first main point of cases was disability evaluation, the next was murder , sexual guilt and injure case. The persons who was male, younger, poor education, peasant and married had more cases. All of the cases, 107 ones (14.64%) had complete responsibility, 76 0nes (10.40%) had diminished responsibility and 177 ones (24.21%) had irresponsibility, 150 cases (20.55%) which disability was directly correlation to predisposing course.
