Methods of surgical treatment of 76 patients with ankle fracture and dislocation of the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Conclusion restore ankle joint line of force tactics and timely surgical treatment of ankle fractures and dislocations can lead to satisfactory clinical efficacy. The causes of injury: 40 cases of car accident injuries, falls injuries in 23 cases, 5 cases weight crushing, transport operation injury, machine injury in the 4 cases. closed fracture in 45 c
