PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 12 A group of children with tic disorders and anti-hemolytic streptococcal infection between the basal ganglia antibodies Of: Li Bing, Chen Li, yellow iron bolt, Liao Jianxiang, Hu Yan, Yang Yaping, Di Hongshun [Abstract] Objective To investigate the chronic tic disorder and Tourette streptococcal infection with anti-basal ganglia antibodies. Methods ELISA methods used were 30 cases of children with Tourette measured serum anti-basal ganglia antibodies (IgG), and with 20 cases of control group comparison, simultaneous determination of two groups of sick children evidence of strep infection, ASO (antistreptolysin O), ADNaseB (anti-streptococcal deoxyribonuclease B). Results ASO-positive patient group was 40% ( 12/30), the control group was 15% (3 / 20), no significant difference between the two groups (Pgt; 0.05). ADNaseB positive patient group 30.0% (9 cases), positive control group ADNaseB 5.0% (1 case) , case and control groups ADNaseB positive rate was statistically significant difference between (P lt;0.05). Anti-basal ganglia antibody positive patient group 30% (9 / 30), control group 15% (3 / 20), two group of anti-basal ganglia antibodies were no significant differences in the rate (Pgt; 0.05). ADNaseB statistically associated with positive and tic (P = 0.057), OR = 8.143 (OR 95% CI: 0.942 ~ 70.409). conclusion of the cause of tics in children with streptococcal infection may be related, with particular attention to testing ADNaseB. anti-basal ganglia antibodies and streptococcal infection is uncertain. [Keywords:] tic, streptococcal infection, anti-basal ganglia antibodies [Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between chronic tic disorder / tourette syndrome and Group A streptococcal infection / antibodies to human basal ganglia. Methods Conducted enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect antibodies to human basal ganglia of serum (IgG) of 30 children with tic disorders, which was compared with 20 non-infected
