Methods petroleum ether (30 ~ 60 ℃ ) cold soak extraction of fat-soluble parts of the roots of Actinidia deliciosa, using GC-MS separation and analysis of their composition and relative contents. The results of which 33 compounds were identified, accounting for 92.08% of total fat-soluble parts. Conclusion Actinidia deliciosa root is the main component of fat-soluble parts of ethyl n-hexadecane, octadecane, ethyl linoleic acid ethyl ester, ethyl oleate. MethodsThe fat-soluble fractions of roots of Actinidia deliciosa CFLiang et ARFerguson were extracted by soaking with petroleum ether (30 ~ 60 ℃ ), and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.
