Results of model group and solvent group of learning and memory ability was significantly lower than the normal control, prevention of ginsenoside Rg2 administration of each dose of learning and memory ability of rats was enhanced compared with model group; model group, vehicle group and low dose group of large cerebral cortex in the formation of SP, showed homogeneous dense argyrophilic group, other groups were not observed in SP. Conclusion AD ginsenoside Rg2 on learning and memory abilities of rats have some protective effect, and can prevent the formation of SP.
