Methods Using SYBR Green I fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method for detection of reflux esophagitis, Barrett esophagus, adenocarcinoma of the esophagus mucosa Survivin mRNA and GW112 mRNA expression. Results GW112 in the control group and reflux esophagitis was low expression of negative group, significantly less than positive reflux esophagitis group, Barrett esophagus group and the expression of esophageal adenocarcinoma (P lt;0.05), reflux esophagitis positive group, Barrett esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma group GW112 no significant difference in expression level (Pgt; 0.05). Survivin expression by normal controls, reflux esophagitis negative, positive reflux esophagitis, Barrett esophagus, adenocarcinoma of the order of progressive enhancement, including positive reflux esophagitis group, Barrett esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma patients was significantly higher than the level of Survivin expression and anti- esophagitis-negative group (P lt;0.05, P lt;0.01), and there is also among the 3 groups was significant difference (P lt;0.05, P lt;0.01). Conclusions and GW112 Survivin overexpression inhibited apoptosis induced in Barrett esophagus and adenocarcinoma, the development process plays an important role, especially Survivin in Barrett esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma, the first step in the development may play more important role.
