Methods of Xi’an Jiaotong University Medical College Second Affiliated Hospital, 2004-2008 surgical removal of the normal cervical tissue, cervical cancer and cancer organizations filed 30 cases of paraffin specimens, using immunohistochemical SP method to detect the expression. Results of aromatase P450 in normal cervical tissues, cancer tissues and cervical cancer expression rates were 0% (0 / 30), and 0% (0 / 30) and 36.7% (11/30), after there was a significant difference (P lt;0.05), while the normal uterine cervix and adjacent tissues group had no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). ER in normal cervical tissue, cervical cancer tissues and the expression rates were 73% (22/30), 70% (21/30) and 36.7% (11 / 30), compared with a significant difference (P lt;0.05), and normal cervical tissue and adjacent tissues of the expression was not significantly different (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion P450 aromatase expression in cervical cancer may be involved cervical cancer; ER expression in cervical cancer rate is low, can be used to predict prognosis of cervical cancer and cervical change, a good reference.
