Methods using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immune turbidity detected 70 cases of UAP patients treated with atorvastatin before and after the plasma levels of MCP-1 and hsCRP. Results UAP plasma MCP-1, hsCRP levels (27.88 + -6.35) pg / L, (2.35 + -0.33) ug / L was significantly higher than the (9.92 + -2.15) pg / L and (1.38 + -0.30) ug / L (P lt;0.05 or P lt;0.01), taking atorvastatin 4 weeks after the plasma MCP-1 and hsCRP levels were significantly decreased (P lt;0.05 or P lt;0.01). Conclusion UAP plasma MCP-1 and hsCRP levels associated with coronary artery inflammation, atorvastatin significantly reduced plasma UAP MCP-1 and hsCRP levels, improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.
