Methods 44 cases of children with spastic paralysis, hand metacarpophalangeal, interphalangeal joint flexion deformity, OK flexor digitorum superficialis tendons (remote), the deep flexor tendon (proximal) to cut off cross-anastomosis. Results Follow-up 38 cases were followed up for 8 months to 6 years, an average of 5 years, excellent in 8 cases, good in 26 cases and poor in 4 cases, the total effective rate 89%. Conclusions refer to superficial and deep tendon cut, cross-match and in accordance with the hand, forearm, accompanied by other malformations and use of appropriate surgical and rehabilitation therapy with spastic paralysis of hand, simple, anatomical and reasonable to good effect.
