Most scholars believe that the disease and viral infection and autoimmune responses related to the late course of the disease often develop refractory heart failure with cardiac arrhythmia, high mortality occurred after 5-year survival rate of heart failure was 40%, 10-year survival rate is only 22% [1]. Therefore, early treatment of DCM, using a good efficacy and few side effects of drugs to slow the development of the disease of great significance. By using combination of Chinese and Western medicine to treat 30 cases of DCM patients, the effect is better, these are as follows. A clinical data 1.1 General Information From April 2001 to June 2006, therefore, we treated 60 cases of patients with DCM. Diagnosis of DCM using 1980 WHO / ISF definition and classification of cardiomyopathy Standard [2], cardiac function classification using the American Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification program. Were randomly divided into two groups, all 30 cases.
