Chinese fast-food industry trends in China Exhibition
Internal Trade Bureau Consumer Services Division April 18 to 20 held in Beijing, China’s fast-food industry in the sixth seminar on the development. We held this seminar with the past and the future in a special significance. Han Director attend the seminar on China’s fast-food industry say a three points:
1, affirming the achievements, go all out on the stairs
Recalling the Chinese fast-food industry, in the community and the concerted efforts of fast-food industry, after more than ten years of hard exploration and progressive, so that China’s fast-food industry has made rapid development and positive results. Mainly as follows:
(A) the completion of the foundation of modern understanding of fast food. From the Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald’s entered the Chinese market has opened the development process of China’s modern fast food and promote the traditional Chinese-style fast food to a modern fast pace of development. Majority of fast-food enterprises and relevant departments in the drawing in the beginning, in groping for the accumulation, in the setbacks ahead and paid a tremendous hardships and efforts to shape China’s modern fast-food concepts, characteristics and development ideas to complete the product structure, market positioning, management models, management methods and relevant departments to facilitate the basic areas such as exploration and rational knowledge. ‘China Fast Food Industry Development Program’ for nearly three years after the formulation of the time, better summed up the views from different perspectives is a summary of the previous period of modern fast-food development and induction.
