Methods Univariate and multivariate methods of analysis, retrospective analysis of a complete clinical and pathological data and follow-up data of 698 cases of colorectal cancer patients with clinical features, pathological features and prognostic implications. Results in patients with colorectal cancer overall 3-year 5-year survival rates were 52.8% and 50.4%, with a median survival time was 1807 days. Univariate analysis showed that the general prognosis and tumor type, degree of invasion, metastasis, grade differentiation, pathological stage, as well as cancer, intestinal obstruction are relevant. Application of COX proportional hazards regression models show that the general tumor type, degree of differentiation, depth of bowel wall infiltration and pathological stage affect the survival of colorectal cancer patients after an independent factor. Conclusion pathological stage affect the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients an indicator of the most important (P amp;lt;0.005), for the guidance of surgical treatment, postoperative adjuvant therapy and prognosis has a important role.
