SC JNK1 mRNA expression in the hippocampus was significantly higher than that of NC group (P lt;0.01), while EDA Group JNK1 mRNA expression was significantly lower than the SC group (P lt;0.01). CONCLUSION: SC can induce the expression of JNK to promote apoptosis of hippocampal neurons in SC; EDA pretreatment can affect the expression of JNK, reduce hippocampal neurons wither seizure die level.
