Results After 72 h, the traditional group, the serum TNF @, IL 6 levels were significantly higher than that before treatment , CRRT group, serum TNF @, IL 6 levels were significantly lower than before treatment, CRRT group compared with the traditional APACHE score decreased significantly, differences were statistically significant (P lt;0.01), after treatment both groups pH, HCO 3 , PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 were significantly higher than before treatment, but CRRT group increased more significantly (P lt;0.05 or 0.01), CRRT group, mechanical ventilation, drainage and irrigation surgery deaths less than the traditional group, but the difference did not reach statistical significance (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusions SAP CRRT therapy can reduce the serum TNF @, IL 6 and other inflammatory cytokines to reduce the systemic inflammatory response, can improve the prognosis of SAP patients.
