Methods A retrospective survey on the implementation of myopic LASIK surgery in patients with 1270 cases (2500) study. A group of them SCMD microkeratome group of 2000, B group Moria2 microkeratome group of 500 to observe the impact of corneal complications factors and prevention and treatment. Results A: incomplete flap 21 accounted for 1.05% (21/2000); free flaps 13 accounted for 0.65% (13/2000); a broken valve accounted for 0.04% (1 / 2000); corneal epithelial implantation accounted for 0.25 % (5 / 2000); diffuse lamellar keratitis accounted for 5.5% (110/2000); corneal opacity 2 accounted for 0.1% (2 / 2000). B: free flap, 0.4% (2 / 500); corneal epithelial implantation of 0.2% (1 / 500); diffuse lamellar keratitis accounted for 5.4% (27/500), are all full flap, broken flap and corneal turbidity occurred. Conclusion Although LASIK surgery corneal complications that may occur, but the incidence of low skilled surgical techniques, equipment, improvements and pre-operative patients on each of the detailed analysis and design is to reduce corneal complications guarantee.
