Methods January 2008 ~ February 2010 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of gastric cancer patients studied were randomly divided into group A (DC + CIK group) and B (chemotherapy group) 30 cases, and treatment of patients with the treatment, the treatment of two groups of patients after total effective rate, median survival, incidence of adverse reactions, patient satisfaction rate and quality of life scores before and after treatment were statistically compared. Conclusion DC + CIK effect in gastric cancer patients better than chemotherapy, with appropriate care, for improved patient outcomes and quality of life of great significance.
