Conclusion: irradiation of nano particles without the external magnetic field can not produce significant effects on the cells, plus exposure to SMF , the cell proliferation and DNA metabolism in no obvious change, but cell apoptosis, plus EMF exposure, the cell proliferation was inhibited and apoptosis and death occurred significantly, DNA metabolism of significant disorders, and has a smaller particle size EMF magnetic FeOx in hepatoma cells under the influence of the most significant.
