Methods MTT colorimetric analysis of docetaxel on human breast cancer MCF  7 cell proliferation; application of light and electron microscopy changes in cell morphology; Annexin  V / PI double staining by flow cytometry cell cycle dynamics and the rate of apoptosis-inducing effects; immunohistochemistry to detect apoptosis-related genes bax, bc1  2 expression changes. The results of docetaxel significantly inhibited human breast cancer MCF  7 cell proliferation, and may lead to morphological changes; with the dosing time of growth, G2 / M phase cells increased, G2 / M phase cells and S-phase cells The ratio is also increasing with the dose-relationship; dosing (IC50) 48h after the early apoptotic cells increased significantly, while up-regulated bax and down-bc1  2 protein expression. Conclusion Docetaxel significantly inhibited MCF  7 tumor cell growth and induce apoptosis.
