Methods: We will form the spectrum of vertebral artery lesion side divided into 3 groups : Early Steal group (mid-systolic blood flow velocity decreased), part of the Pirates of the blood group (two-way flow), completely steal group (total reflux). Patients were measured two-seat upper limb blood pressure, systolic blood pressure by subtracting the contralateral lesions side of the systolic blood pressure, different upper limb blood pressure of double steal poor contrast. Results: The ultrasound diagnosis of SSS total of 46 cases, including 9 cases of early steal, steal some 16 cases, 21 cases complete steal. part of the Steal Pirates of the blood group and full group of early systolic pressure was significantly higher than steal group. Conclusion: The systolic blood pressure difference and the upper limbs of subclavian artery steal the degree of correlation.
