Conclusion For early primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract patients take a simple ultrasound emulsification and phacoemulsification iridectomy surgery may control the intraocular pressure, improve eyesight, but simply less postoperative complications of phacoemulsification surgery, and surgery easy to operate.
