Methods The immunohistochemical SP method detected 48 cases of colorectal cancer, 23 cases of colorectal adenomas and 20 normal colon tissue E  cadherin expression and Ki  67 and analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer relationship. The results of colorectal cancer, colon adenoma and normal colon tissue E  cadherin abnormal expression rates were 77.1%, 24.0% and 5.0%, colorectal E  cadherin abnormal expression rate was significantly higher than that of colorectal adenomas and normal colon tissue, difference between the two groups was significant (P amp;lt;0.01). Ki  67 positive index in colorectal cancer, colon adenoma and normal colon tissue, respectively (67.60 ± 2.52)%, (38.44 ± 3.59)% and (8.65 ± 1.10)%. Colorectal cancer Ki  67 positive index was significantly higher than that of colorectal adenomas and normal colon tissue, 22 the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.01).
