METHODS: In August 2003-July 2008 to our department between 116 cardioversion patients with atrial fibrillation, admitted to hospital after the first application class antiarrhythmic drugs (amiodarone) to sinus rhythm, oral amiodarone cardioversion 3 weeks or so who have not yet, the line direct current cardioversion. Methods: One hundred and sixteen fibrillation patients who were cured between August, 2003 and July, 2008 in our hospital were enrolled. Use antiarrhythic drugs to recover sinus rhythm after patients entered hospital, and use lightning stroke when patients have had Amiodarone for three weeks without effects. Then to analyze the relationship
