Methods alcoholic liver injury rat model, we determined liver tissue malondialdehyde (MDA), triglyceride (TG) and reduced glutathione (GSH) content; and to observe the histopathological changes of liver. The results of tested samples of high, medium and low-dose group rat liver tissue MDA content in the mean, respectively 16.9,15.5,16.7 nmol / g (liver), liver damage model group were lower than the 19.7nmol / g; TG contents were To 2.59,2.67,2.09 mmol/100g (liver tissue), liver damage model group were lower than the 4.37mmol/100g; while the GSH levels were 275.6,254.3,307.7 μmoL/100g (liver tissue), were higher than those of liver damage model group 188.7μmoL/100g; each dose group the mean score pathological changes in rat liver were 163.3,118.6,162.8 points, the model group were lower than the liver damage of 253.6 points. Conclusion of curcumin on alcohol-induced liver injury has a protective effect.
