[Abstract] Objective To predict esophageal expressed proteins generally have higher COX 2 and MAGE 4 of the HLA A2/A3 restricted CTL epitopes. Methods of bioinformatics methods, SYFPEITHI preliminary forecast, combined with three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationships and proteasome enzyme site analysis. Results SYFPEITHI predicted amp;quot;nine of the 20 peptides with MHCPred and NetChop3.0 for further analysis, and antigenic peptides have been reported with the comparison of the initial screening out of 42 potential CTL epitopes. Conclusion This 42 9 peptides have not been reported in the literature, and further identification of CTL epitopes for vaccine research to provide more clues. Which, MAGE 422 30,202 210,286 294 and COX 2479 487 4 nine-peptides have the HLA A2 and HLA A3 super-type of potential cross-immune activity, will develop simple and efficient broad-spectrum esophageal cancer vaccines candidate peptides.

Cyclooxygenase 2 (COX 2) is a newly discovered high in esophageal cancer cells, the expression of a protein (91% squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma 78%) [1], yet to see the HLA I type restricted CTL epitope peptide reported. MAGE 4 expression in esophageal cancer is much higher than the other MAGE family members (more than 60%), but the study of its antigenic peptide is still relatively small, especially rare in esophageal cancer cells as target the identification of new antigenic peptide coverage of . Therefore, to explore COX 2 and MAGE 4 antigen HLA A2/A3 restricted cytotoxic T lymphocytes (Cytotoxic T lymphocyte, CTL) epitopes, the development of CTL epito
