【Abstract】 Objective To study the familial aggregation and child atopic asthma phenotype relationship. Methods from April 2007 to May 2008 our hospital respiratory specialist in children with asthma treatment in 216 patients conducted a questionnaire survey and clinical examination and, based on whether a family history of atopic diseases, were divided into familial atopic (A group) and non-familial atopic (B) two groups were compared in children with atopic diseases, asthma prevalence, asthma severity and total serum IgE (TIgE), household dust mite-specific IgE (D1IgE) level. Results A group of children with atopic asthma prevalence rate of 81.15%, 45.74% compared with the B group, there is a significant difference (P lt;0.05); A group of children with asthma TIgE of (768.40 ± 524.26) IU / mL, and the Group B children TIgE (597.16 ± 565.38) IU / mL compared with a significant difference (P lt;0.05); A group of children with asthma D1IgE to (62.35 ± 51.14) kua / L, and B group children D1IgE (59.43 ± 60.77) kua / L compared with no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); A group of moderate and severe asthma in children with asthma prevalence rate of 10.66%, and B group with severe asthma compared the prevalence of 3.19%, there is significant difference (P lt;0.05); A group of asthmatic children with moderate asthma prevalence rate of 30.33%, and B group with moderate asthma prevalence rate of 12.77% compared to a significant difference (P lt;0.05); two groups of children with intermittent attack, and compared the prevalence of mild asthma, no significant difference (P all “0.05). With severe asthma TIgE (1326.04 ± 635.48) IU / mL, with non-severe asthma TIgE (650.05 ± 539.10) IU / mL compared, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion familial
