Methods (1) were prepared by Schistosoma japonicum male and female adult and egg antigens and components of crude antigen, and antigen pre-fabricated into a film. (2) using FDIFA and conventional ELISA, were detected in serum of schistosomiasis patients with 33 copies of 32 healthy human serum, liver fluke disease, paragonimiasis and swine cysticercosis patients sera of five copies, compared with Schistosoma japonicum female, male and egg antigen sensitivity and specificity. (3) χ 2 test for statistical processing and analysis. The results of Schistosoma japonicum male and female adults and eggs of the components of antigens to be used FDIFA, its sensitivity is better than crude antigen, and the specificity is also good; the same time, the male antigen better than the female antigen, egg antigen better than the adult antigen, but the difference between them, and no significant (Pamp;gt; 0.05). Conclusion component of Schistosoma japonicum egg antigen for diagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica FDIFA has good sensitivity and specificity; but antigen separation, purification method and the experiment still further optimized.
