This Retrospective analysis of fat liquefaction of abdominal incision after cesarean section in 41 cases, of factors related to its occurrence and control experience, are as follows. Clinical data 1. General Information: October 1998 ~ October 2008 in our hospital caesarean section 5472 cases, fat liquefaction incision occurred in 41 cases, incidence 0.7%, more than 41 patients in the existence of more than 1 cause ., 23 obese patients (abdominal wall fat thicknessgt; = 5 cm), pregnancy induced hypertension edema, hypoproteinemia 13; after 12 cases of cough; amniotic 12; 11 cases of prolonged labor; 11 patients with diabetes mellitus; 9 patients with moderate to severe anemia; 6 cases of premature rupture of membranes. 2.
