Methods The clinical data and imageology data of 21 patients of CVST were analyzed retrospectively. Results After all 21 patients visiting the department of ophthalmology, CT was performed in 8 cases, MRI was performed in 3 cases, CT and MRI was performed in succession in 6 cases, no abnormality was seen in all cases. The results of DSA in 21 cases hinted: narrow of cranial venous sinus thrombosis, filling defect and underdevelopment . Conclusions DSA is the golden standard in CVST diagnosis. Ophthalmologists should pay attention to the recognition of CVST.
