Methods 30 cases of hemodialysis patients, hemodialysis 24h, the experimental group (15 cases) external application of the puncture site of potato slices, 2 times a day, every 30min. The control group (15 cases) puncture site painting Hirudoid cream, 2 times a day. Blood flow were observed, phlebitis and pain of 1 year. The results of two groups of patients with blood flow, phlebitis and pain was no significant difference between conditions (Pamp;gt; 0.05). Conclusion topical potato slices to protect the role of arteriovenous fistula is indeed worthy of promoting the use of broad grass-roots level.
