[Methods] contralateral supraorbital artery and the trochlear artery pedicled forehead flap to repair the medial carcinoma of the eyelid defect after 12 cases. [Results] 12 flaps in 11 cases all survived, and 1 distal approximately 1 / 4 of epidermal necrosis. 12 cases of eyelid shape, color and good function were satisfactory. 1 to 11 years of follow-up, 1 patient 4 years after the death due to cerebral hemorrhage, no eyelid tumor recurrence. [Conclusion] forehead flap thickness and toughness and eyelids is similar to, the same color and eyelid flap with sensory nerve, high survival rate, is to repair the defect inside an ideal material for eyelid. 【Key Words】 eyelid tumor We have since February 1995 ~ February 2005, to adopt a contralateral supraorbital artery and the trochlear artery pedicled forehead flap to repair the inside of the eyelid defect, 12 cases achieved good eyelid shape and functional recovery. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Clinical data A total of 12 cases in this group, 5 males, 7 females, aged 42 to 72 years, with a median age of 54 years. Pathological diagnosis: squamous cell carcinoma in 2 cases (well differentiated), basal cell carcinoma in 10 cases. Which is located in lower eyelid (inside) 10 cases (4 cases involving the medial canthal angle, inner canthal angle violations of skin cancer, the lower eyelid some 1 case); in the upper eyelid in 1 case.
