Methods: moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients and the line of continuous positive airway (CPAP) treatment for the object, its multi-channel instrument sleepy (PSG) monitoring and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Society for the amount of sleep evaluation life (Epworth) measurements, and systematic knowledge of mental health education and disease education. Results: Health Education before the study and control groups showed no statistically significant sleep quality (Pgt; 0.05). health education PSQI, Epworth and PSG indexes were statistically significant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: mental health education and disease knowledge and education can improve the patient’s quality of sleep, emotional stability of patients, improve patient quality of life.
