Methods We searched the Chinese Science and Technology Academic Journal, Chinese Journal Full-text databases, digital journals full-text database, the China Biological Medicine Database, PubMed, EMBASE, SCI and Cochrane Library, and assisted other retrieval, IVF and natural conception into the health status of children in the cohort study, Meta-analysis using RevMan 5.0. Results A total of nine studies, infants 1,618,954 例. Meta analysis showed: in vitro fertilization rate of preterm birth, perinatal higher incidence of mortality and malformations in children conceived naturally, the OR (95% CI) were 2.14 (1.10 ~ 4.14), 1.30 (1.05 ~ 1.62) and 1.67 (1.12 ~ 2.47). Conclusions The current evidence suggests that test-tube baby After the occurrence of preterm birth, perinatal death and the risk of congenital malformations is relatively high, therefore, effectively to ensure that technical security is particularly important.
