Methods of different warfarin dosage, gender, age and post-operative course of 230 patients with PT and the PT INR value of test results of the analysis, the instruments and reagents are in line with international standards. Results in satisfactory clinical results, the PT INR allowable range in female patients than male patients is small; with the postoperative course of the disease increases, the increase in anticoagulant dosage, PT and PT INR range has been increased to allow. Conclusion oral anticoagulants after heart valve replacement therapy, PT INR allowed range of 1.98 ± 0.65, much higher than the recommended value of European and American countries is lower.
