Methods DiamondsilCMC18 column (6.4 mm * 200 mm, 5 μ m); mobile phase was methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid (78:22); flow rate 1 ml / min; column temperature was 35 ℃ ; detection wavelength was 294 nm. The results of the linear range of magnolol 0.041 1 ~ 0.822 2 μ g, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 97.1%, RSD = 1.27%; and honokiol of the linear range of 0.023 06 ~ 0.461 2 μ g, r = 1, the average recovery was 96.7%, RSD = 1.25%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible, can be used as quality control of compound granules Magnolia quantitative methods. The mobile phase was a mixture of MeOH-0.1% H3PO4 ( 78:22); the rate of flow was 1ml/min; the column temperature was 35 ℃ ; the detection wavelength was 294 nm.ResultsCalibration graph was linear in the range of 0.041 1 ~ 0.822 2 μ g, r = 0.999 9 for magnolol, 0.023 06 ~ 0.456 12μ g, r = 1 for honokiol. The recovery was 97.1%, RSD = 1.27% for magnolol; 96.7%, RSD = 1.25% for honokiol.ConclusionThe method is sensitive and its results are accurate with good reproducibility.
