Methods of high intensity focused ultrasound therapy system on 24 patients with primary liver cancer in patients with portal vein tumor thrombus treatment. Observation and treatment thrombus size after the volume, echo and changes in portal hemodynamics and liver function, ascites, improved quality of life. Results 24 patients after HIFU treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus in varying degrees of reduction or disappearance of clinical symptoms improved, quality of life improved in different degrees. Conclusions HIFU treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus safe non-invasive, more effective, there is a new treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus, it is worth to be popularized.
