Method column Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (250 mm * 4.6 mm, 5 μ m); mobile phase: acetonitrile (A) -0.4% phosphoric acid solution (B), using gradient elution; flow rate: 1.0 ml / min; detection wavelength: 250 nm; column temperature: 30 ℃ . The results of puerarin 800 ~ 2400 ng peak area within the sample volume showed good linear relationship. The regression equation is A = 7.682 * 104C 5.885 * 104, r = 0.999 3 (n = 5). The average recovery was 99.49%, RSD of 0.75% (n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, Guangxi, kudzu can be used as an effective method of quality control of medicines.
