Results: aminophylline concentration of 20.0 ~ 500.0 μ g / mL, the concentration of ephedrine hydrochloride in 2.0 ~ 50.0 μ g / mL range of good linearity, aminophylline, and ephedrine hydrochloride, the average recoveries were 99.7% (RSD = 0.58% ), 100.1% (RSD = 1.31%), n = 9. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and can be used for the compound preparation of quality control.
