Methods column was Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) , using a gradient elution system, mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid, flow rate 1.0 mL / min, detection wavelength was 203 nm, injection volume was 10 μL, column temperature was 30 ℃. notoginsenoside R1 line results of the range of 82.8 ~ 621 μg (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 100.057% (RSD = 0.399 6%), ginsenoside Rg1 in the linear range of 109.8 ~ 823.5 μg (r = 0.999 6), the average recovery is 99.248% (RSD = 1.004 6%), ginsenoside Rb1 in the linear range of 112.6 ~ 844.5 μg (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.812% (RSD = 1.474 4%).
