Methods January 2008 ~ January 2010 on the 195 Division I patients with endometrial polyps, line TCRP, were randomly divided into two groups: 96 patients with medroxyprogesterone acetate, desogestrel ethinyl estradiol in 99 cases. the two groups followed up for 3 months period in each group cases, endometrial changes and endometrial polyps recurrence. Results of oral medroxyprogesterone acetate group of EP recurrence in 1 case, after oral administration of desogestrel ethinyl estradiol group EP 1 case of recurrence. two groups of endometrial polyp recurrence rate was not statistically significant difference (pgt; 0.05. 3 months after taking the average menstrual flow: medroxyprogesterone acetate group (70 +-32.4mm, desogestrel ethinyl estradiol group (40 ± 25.6) mm , after taking still abnormal uterine bleeding, medroxyprogesterone acetate group, 12 patients (12.5%), desogestrel ethinyl estradiol group and 4 (4.04%), were significantly different between the two (P lt;0.05) , medication review 3 months after vaginal endometrial thickness measurement of B-, medroxyprogesterone acetate group (10 + -3.2) mm, desogestrel ethinyl estradiol group (6.4 + -2.1) mm, desogestrel ethinyl estradiol group and medroxyprogesterone acetate group, endometrial thinning, were significantly different between the two (P lt;0.05).
