Incentive for employees to work harder
Highly motivated employees are the key to winning - sharp drop in profit (or no profit), economic recovery, prospects look bleak times, it was more than ever an important point. This means that managers can not be like in the past, depend only on monetary incentives to improve the work of staff enthusiasm.
So how can we maintain the staff’s enthusiasm and high efficiency production capacity it?
Answer and one called the ‘career anchor’ is related to the concept, the concept was first used by Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management professor Edgar Siqin (Edgar Schein) made 30 years ago. Siqin said that people mainly by one of the eight career anchors - to treat themselves and their attitudes to work to receive incentives.
In today’s rapidly changing business environment and the restless, the clear understanding of and concern for each employee’s career anchor is a very useful method because it can help you complete the two crucial things: make your communication style to adapt to the staff individual needs; choose the most effective way to become familiar with, and reward their employees to encourage staff to achieve a higher level of performance.
