Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group to be Kaishi injection, the control group to be Danshen, low molecular weight dextran therapy. Before and after treatment were measured in blood rheology and microcirculation of the indicators. Results In the treatment group (Kaishi injection group) hemorheology and microcirculation of the indicators improved significantly. Conclusion Kaishi injection can effectively improve the abnormal blood rheology in patients with cerebral infarction and the microcirculation.
