Methods in our hospital from November 2003 to December 2005 46 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy in patients with combined intraoperative cholecystectomy of hospitalization, antibiotic use of time, surgery time, the exhaust were retrospectively analyzed. Results and Statistics course during laparoscopic total hysterectomy surgery 218 cases, including hysterectomy + cholecystectomy in 46 cases as observation group, a simple hysterectomy surgery control group of 172 cases. the two groups was statistically significant difference in operative time (P lt;0.01). hospital stay, postoperative discharge time, the antibiotic use of time, discharge time was no statistical difference significance (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion of two better than surgical concurrent split the Division, the prognosis is good, worthy of promotion.
