Methods of non-alcoholic 20 patients with fatty liver and 20 healthy patients, all patients detected adiponectin, TNF @, hsCRP, IL 6, fasting insulin and fasting blood glucose, insulin sensitivity index calculated (ISI), and analysis of serum adiponectin ISI factor, TNF @, hsCRP and IL 6 relevance. The results of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease HDL C level lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05), and TC, TG and LDL C levels between the two groups do not significant (Pgt; 0.05), non-alcoholic fatty liver TNF @, IL 6 and hsCRP levels were higher and adiponectin, ISI was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05 ), non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with ISI and serum adiponectin levels were positively correlated, r value of 0.801, and TNF @, IL 6 and hsCRP were negatively correlated, r values #8203;#8203;were 0.768,0.770 and 0.681, and relevant statistics are significance (P lt;0.05). Conclusion The non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with serum adiponectin, TNF @, hsCRP and IL 6 and other fat-derived cytokine secretion disorder, is one of the causes of insulin resistance.
