[Method] 120 cases of children with persistent diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 60 cases. One control group Smecta Bifido treatment, the treatment group children with Chih-Ling Granule. [Results] The control group, 27 cases markedly effective in 17 cases, the total effective rate was 73.3%. Treatment group, 39 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, the total efficiency of 90%, better than the control group. Comparison of two therapeutic treatment group than the control group (P amp;lt;0.05). [Conclusion] Chih-Ling Granule children with persistent diarrhea in children has a good effect, and no obvious side effects and contraindications. [Method] Randomly divide 120 cases into control and treatment groups with 60 in each.The control one takes Smectite and Bifido, the other added with Zhierling Granule . [Result] In control group, 27 had marked effect, 17 had effect, total effective rate was 73.3%; while 39,15 and 90% for the treatment group respectively, better than other one, with marked difference by pathological comparison (P amp;lt;0.05). [Conclusion] Zhierling Granule has good cure effect on children refractory diarrhea, without marked side effects or contraindications.
