The results were 443 cases of abnormal LPT (4.43%), in which meaning is not clear diagnosis of atypical squamous cells (ASCUS) 155 cases (1.55%); low scale like intraepithelial lesions (LSIL) 169 cases (1.69%); not exclude HSIL atypical squamous cells (ASC-H) 52 cases (0.52%); high grade squamous intraepithelial (HSIL) lesions in 51 cases (0.51 %); atypical glandular cells (AGC) 3 cases (0.03%), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) 11 cases (0.11%). The colposcope more biopsy histology, ASCUS were 96 patients with pathological confirmed CIN Ⅰ (61.93%), 23 例 CIN Ⅱ (14.84%), 4 were diagnosed as CIN Ⅲ (2.58%), diagnosed as inflammatory 32 (20.65%); low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL) patients, 162 cases of confirmed CINI (95.8%); high grade squamous intraepithelial (HSIL) lesions confirmed CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ in 49 cases (96.1%) ; diagnosis of AGC, and SCC, and by pathology confirmed adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion liquid-based cervical cytology with colposcopic biopsy more pathological examination, early detection of cervical lesions and cervical cancer.
