Methods 54 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into 9 groups, on the upper limb muscle groups were subjected to three kinds of load factor ( a fixed number of days, daily fixed time and fixed position), two levels of each factor in the level of muscle load, upper limb muscle groups detected superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity of the three load factors on the activity of SOD and NOS. Results of fixed 7 d group SOD activity than the control group and 14 d group at (P lt;0.05), NOS activity in all experimental groups than the normal control group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion more load factor, the combined effects of early upper limb muscle in mice enhanced anti-oxidation.
