Methods: 60 patients have been diagnosed with bladder cancer patients, based on the traditional treatment of matrine injection plus 30 ml d-1. 1 week before injection, 3 months after injection, and 6 months after injection, the blood of patients were measured the absolute count of CD4 + cells. Results: 3 months after injection compared with before the injection, patients blood CD4 + cell absolute count difference was not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05); injection of 6 months after and before injection, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion: matrine injection to increase the bladder cancer patient blood in CD4 + cell count levels, improve immune function, improve quality of life. Methods: 60 bladder carcinoma patients were treated with compound matrine injection (30 ml d-1). The blood CD4 + cell counts were respectively determined one week before injection, three months after injection and six months after injection. Results: Compared with those before injection, no significant changes of cell counts were found (Pgt; 0.05) three months after injection, but there were significant changes six months after injection (P lt;0.05).
