Methods 20 cases of superficial Ⅲ degree burn inpatients full specification using MEBT / MEBO treatment for deep wounds early plowing and treatment; while making the shock stage, wound, basic care, psychological care, nutritional support, part of care. Results All the wounds healed in 20 patients, no case of skin grafting. Wound healing time was the shortest 40 days, the longest 64 days, an average of 48 days, are up to physical healing, no deformity, no dysfunction. Conclusion Ⅲ degree superficial burns using MEBT / MEBO treatment, with the reasonable and proper care methods can improve the cure rate and promote wound regeneration. [Keywords:] Ⅲ degree burn; MEBT / MEBO; Care Nursing experience with MEBT / MEBO in treating superficial third degree burn [Abstract] Objective To sum up in the nursing of superficial third degree burn treated with MEBT / MEBO.Methods 20 cases of superficial third degree burn were treated with MEBT / MEBO in the whole treating course in a standardized way, for deep burn wounds, ploughing method was applied to reduce tension. Nursing measures for every link in the treatment were taken, including shock stage nursing, wound, basic nursing, psychological nursing and nutrition support, etc.Results All the cases were cured. No skin grafting was needed, The shortest wound healing time was 40 days, the longest 64 days, and the average wound healing was 48 days. All the wounds healed physiologically, no deformity and no functional disturbance occurred.Conclusion MEBT / MEBO is very efficacious in treating superficial third degree burn .
