 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 14 Micro-imaging diagnosis of breast lesions and ultrasound-guided biopsy of the clinical application ZHANG Sheng-Hua, Wang Guangzhen △, high cloud △ △, Li Zhixin 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and compare breast X-ray photography, ultrasound imaging, as well as in combination, in a tiny breast lesions in the diagnostic accuracy rate; of ultrasound-guided biopsy of small breast lesions. 46 small breast lesions at the same time line of breast X ray and ultrasound imaging examination, and ultrasound-guided biopsy. According to the degree of malignancy of suspected breast lesions, the preoperative X-ray examination, ultrasound imaging, in combination, will be divided into four lesions: Ⅰ grade benign; Ⅱ grade can not be characterized; Ⅲ grade may be malignant; Ⅳ grade malignant. Forward-looking record of three methods of classification, and comparison with the pathological diagnosis. The results of ultrasound-guided location removed 46 tiny breast lesions, benign 35, malignant 11. Both in combination on the diagnosis of breast lesions small sensitivity of 100%, specificity of 94.3%, diagnostic accuracy rate was 95.7%. Breast X-ray and ultrasound imaging sensitivity of 90.9% and 63.6%, specificity was 91.4% and 94.3%, diagnostic accuracy rates were 91.3% and 87%. Their combination of the index is better than the use of breast X-ray and ultrasound imaging. Conclusion combined breast X-ray radiography examination and ultrasound imaging can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast micro-lesions. Under ultrasound guidance position, the removal of small breast lesions is accurate and reliable, with great clinical value.
